Compensation & Benefits
Salary/Hourly Rate: $15.00 - $18.00 + commission
Pay Schedule: Two times a month
Bonuses/Incentives: Commission on all service Sales between 5-10% based on service sold. 5% On sale of Monthly Reoccurring Membership (Rookie-Adult) 10% on sale of D1 on 1, Overtime Package or Team Package. Monthly bonus to be paid on net profit each month based on the following Tiers (Paid on the 15th of each month following the close of the prior period): • Tier 1: $5,000+ = 3.0% (From net profit dollar 1) • Tier 2: $12,000+ = 5% (From net profit dollar 1, not compounded with Tier 1) • Tier 3: $20,000+ = 7.5% (From net profit dollar 1, not compounded with Tier 1&2)
Benefits: A minimum 6-month provisional period, you may be eligible to participate in a company benefits program which has yet to be defined and is subject to change from month to month.
Duties & Responsibilities
The Employee agrees to perform the duties and responsibilities assigned by the Company, including but not limited to: ○ Leading staff ○ Driving membership sales ○ Coordinating personal training & team training sales ○ Promoting member retention ○ Providing conflict resolution as needed ○ Ensure efficient and effective performance to meet or exceed all financial objectives ○ Foster D1 CORE VALUES in the facility and community ○ Work to establish community relationships to promote the D1 brand ○ Drive local market awareness and engagement activities.
The Sales Manager's main responsibility is to create a D1 environment that motivates and inspires all to be their very best while achieving their goals.
D1 Training is an emerging fitness franchise, that is growing rapidly. D1 Training has over 80 facilities open and 180+ in development. At D1 Training, we inspire and motivate athletes to reach their goals. At D1, we believe in training the entire body as a unit to produce optimal human performance. No gimmicks, no fads; we utilize trusted and proven training techniques used to build the world’s best athletes and deliver the, in age-appropriate programs led by our expert coaches.
