Sales & Performance Director – High-Ticket Training Programs (D1 Training)
- Own and manage the full sales pipeline from lead to close
- Run structured consultations and goal-setting sessions
- Close high-ticket personal training and performance packages ($2,000+)
- Convert 60%+ of qualified consultations
- Execute daily follow-up via calls, texts, and CRM systems
- Drive membership, personal training, and program revenue
- Track KPIs: leads, show rate, close rate, PT revenue, retention
- Train and coach staff on sales conversations and conversion
- Oversee POS, contracts, and billing accuracy
- 3+ years sales experience (consultative or high-ticket preferred)
- Proven closing ability and pipeline management skills
- Comfortable selling $2,000+ programs face-to-face
- Strong objection handling and follow-up discipline
- Leadership or team management experience a plus
- Fitness or service-based sales background preferred
- $50,000–$75,000 base + performance incentives
