- Greet members and guests warmly upon arrival
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries professionally
- Check members in and verify memberships
- Schedule personal training sessions and classes
- Handle guest passes and visitor registrations
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area
- Promote and sell gym memberships and packages
- Conduct facility tours for prospective members
- Explain pricing, benefits, and promotions
- Follow up with leads and inquiries
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
- Upsell personal training, classes, and retail items
- Process payments, renewals, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate member records
- Manage daily cash and credit transactions
- Prepare basic reports as needed
- Assist with inventory and retail display
- Monitor lobby and common areas for cleanliness and safety
- Enforce gym policies and procedures
- Report maintenance issues to management
- Support staff and management as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent (required)
- Previous customer service or sales experience (preferred)
- Experience in fitness, hospitality, or retail is a plus
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working with sales targets
- Basic computer and POS system skills
