Two part-time openings total serving both locations, based at either Allen or Southlake, Texas. Reports to the owner. These same two openings are advertised in both locations; there are not two openings per location.
Turn new interest into athletes who show up.
D1 Training is hiring two part-time Sales Managers to nurture advertising leads for our Allen and Southlake locations. Own the follow-through from first inquiry to attended appointment, build trust with prospective athletes and families, and help them take the next step.
Speed matters. During covered working hours, respond to new leads within one minute as the goal, with five minutes as the maximum. Consistent follow-up and appointments that actually happen are the core of this role.
What you will do
• Respond rapidly to inbound leads and guide each prospect toward the right appointment at Allen or Southlake.
• Work together toward a shared team target of 150 outbound calls and 10 scheduled appointments per working day across both locations. These targets are combined across the two part-time hires, not per person.
• Nurture leads through disciplined phone, text, and email follow-up, respecting consent, communication preferences, and opt-outs.
• Confirm appointments, answer questions, send appropriate reminders, and recover no-shows with timely rescheduling.
• Record every contact attempt, conversation, next step, booking, and attendance outcome in the CRM.
• Give each location team a clear handoff so prospects arrive expected, informed, and ready for a great experience.
• Review response times, contact rates, appointment attendance, and lead-to-show conversion with the owner; improve follow-up based on results.
How success is measured
Conversion from lead to attended appointment is the highest priority. The two part-time hires share daily team targets of 150 outbound calls and 10 scheduled appointments, supported by fast response times, accurate CRM records, and strong follow-through. Bookings alone do not define success—attendance does.
What you bring
• Clear, confident phone communication and the ability to listen, build trust, and ask for the appointment.
• Consistent follow-through in a high-volume lead pipeline.
• Comfort using a CRM and accountability for measurable daily activity and attendance results.
• A welcoming, professional approach to athletes and families and enthusiasm for helping people begin training.
