Strength & Conditioning Coach (Youth & Adult Training)
D1 Training Lincolnshire | Part-Time

$25–$50/hour for group coaching, based on experience, credentials, and demonstrated coaching ability

- Lead high-energy group training sessions for youth, adults, and teams
- Coach strength, speed, agility, power, conditioning, and athletic development
- Teach proper form, technique, and movement mechanics
- Modify training based on age, ability, and experience
- Build strong relationships with athletes, parents, and adult members
- Create an environment athletes and members want to return to
- Support member retention through exceptional coaching, accountability, and service
- Represent D1 Training Lincolnshire and our coaching standards at a high level
- Can confidently lead and command a group
- Understands strength & conditioning and athletic development
- Can teach movement, not simply demonstrate exercises
- Brings energy while maintaining a high standard of coaching
- Communicates effectively and builds strong relationships
- Is reliable, professional, coachable, and takes ownership
- Is motivated to continue developing as a coach
- 1+ year of experience in strength & conditioning, sports performance, personal training, or group fitness
- Strong understanding of exercise science and movement mechanics
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification required
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field preferred
- Relevant strength & conditioning or personal training certifications preferred
- Competitive athletic background is a plus
- Experience building and maintaining personal training relationships is a plus, but not required
