- Lead dynamic group training sessions using the D1 Training athletic-based fitness program
- Design and deliver safe, effective, and progressive workout programming for diverse fitness levels
- Provide hands-on coaching, form corrections, and motivational support during sessions
- Build strong relationships with members to drive retention and accountability
- Track and monitor member progress, adjusting programming as needed
- Maintain a clean, safe, and energetic training floor environment
- Assist with member onboarding, assessments, and goal-setting consultations
- Nationally recognized personal training or strength & conditioning certification (NSCA, NASM, ACSM, or equivalent)
- 1+ years of coaching, personal training, or group fitness experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of athletic performance, strength training, and functional fitness
- CPR/AED certification required or ability to obtain upon hire
- Excellent communication, motivational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Passionate, energetic, and committed to delivering an exceptional member experience
