About The Position:
If you love fitness, love the grind, and want a real shot to break into sales with a brand tied to athletic based training & transforming the fitness space, this role is for you.
This is a remote, high-activity appointment setting role. You’ll work warm leads who’ve requested info about D1 Training (200 locations around the country), book them into fitness consults at their local D1 facility, and make sure they show up.
No door knocking. No random cold lists. But this is not an “easy remote job.” This is a numbers game. And you'll be joining a highly competitive team with daily rankings on call volume & appointments booked/showed.
What A Day In The Life Looks Like:
You will:
- Be logged in, headset on, ready to go at your scheduled start time
- Call new inbound leads within 60 seconds of them coming in (speed to contact is everything)
- Will "double dial" every lead ... which means if they don't answer on the first ring, you call a second time (increase in answering rates)
- Make 200+ outbound calls per day (or 100+ in a 4‑hour shift) to:
- Fresh leads from paid ads
- Big lists of past leads who opted in for D1 (50,000+ paid leads who have not yet come in - you'll never not have enough leads to work)
- Use proven scripts to qualify interest, answer basic questions, and book fitness consults at local D1 facilities
- Send confirmations and reminders to drive show rates, not just bookings (You will be paid a commission on every appointment you get to SHOW UP)
- Update every call, text, and appointment in our CRM with 100% accuracy
- Compete on daily / weekly leaderboards for calls, sets, and shows, and get shouted out when you win (plus make more money)

- You can handle rejection and keep dialing

- You like clear numbers: dials, set, show, bonuses
- You want a real career path into closer / franchise sales roles if you perform
- You are going to be in the team group chat dropping GIF's & bringing the juice DAILY
- You can wake up optimistic & excited even if yesterday you made 300 calls & booked no appointments

- You avoid being measured on KPIs
- You are someone who cuts corners & doesn't follow instruction ... in the screening questions at the end of this you'll be asked for a phrase, it is "Iron Sharpens Iron"
- You blame leads for your missed numbers
- You won't hit 200+ calls per day
- You don't want to do daily role plays & get sharpened
- You don't want to be ranked daily against your teammates
Schedule:
- 75% remote, work from home
- 25% in-person, work from D1 Training Headquarters
- Full-time, including rotating evenings & weekends
- Base pay: $10/hr (in starting tier)
- Uncapped commissions per completed appointment that shows
- Weekly, monthly, and quarterly bonuses and competitions for top performers
- Career Ladder: upon being hired you will be given the exact career ladder where YOU will be in control of getting a TITLE RAISE, BASE PAY RAISE, & "Per Show Commission" RAISE based on your own output. Which means YOU will be in control of your destiny for climbing the ladder, making more money, & getting promoted
Top performers will earn well above base with commissions and bonuses.
Pay & Career Ladder:
Associate Tier (0-600 Shows)
- Base: $10 per hour
- Commission: $10 per showed appointment (you must get them to schedule & show)
Standard Tier (601-1200 Shows)
- Base: $12.50 per hour
- Commission: $12.50 per showed appointment (you must get them to schedule & show)
Senior Tier (1201-1800 Shows)
- Base: $15 per hour
- Commission: $15 per showed appointment (you must get them to schedule & show)

Requirements:
- No degree required
- Reliable computer, high-speed internet, and quiet workspace (work computer WILL NOT be provided)
- Reliable phone, with app store access, to download our CRM to phone for calls
- Comfortable making 200+ calls per day
- Willing to work evenings and weekends on rotation
- You must genuinely care about helping people get fitter and stronger + changing lives in the fitness industry (Kids & Adults)
