- Lead sessions across our Scholastic (ages 7 to 18), Adult, and Team programs
- Run athlete assessments and goal setting during onboarding
- Set the tone for what a 5 star D1 session looks like, every class, every time
- Hire, onboard, and develop coaches who reflect our standard
- Run coach education, programming reviews, and performance feedback
- Build a bench that supports growth without sacrificing quality
- Drive retention through proactive check ins and outreach to low usage members
- Support our 7, 30, 60, and 90 day onboarding touchpoints
- Oversee class scheduling, staffing coverage, and facility upkeep
- NCCA accredited certification (CSCS, NASM, USAW, ACSM, or equivalent)
- Current CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- One plus year of coaching experience in strength, conditioning, or group training
- Demonstrated experience leading or developing a team
- A natural connector who lights up a room and builds real relationships with athletes and parents
- Collegiate athletic background preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or related field preferred
- $45,000+ base, commensurate with experience and certifications
