This is a phone-heavy, results-driven position for someone who can move with urgency, stay organized, and keep the calendar full.
What this job actually is
- Call new leads quickly
- Follow up with leads by phone, text, and DM
- Set intro sessions and orientation appointments
- Confirm appointments and reduce no-shows
- Work old leads, missed leads, and no-shows
- Keep lead notes, appointment info, and follow-up updated in the CRM
- Help keep the sales calendar full every week
