D1 Training South Forsyth is a performance-based training facility working with youth athletes and adults. Our focus is strength, speed, and long-term athletic development in a high-energy, team-driven environment.
We are hiring an Assistant Performance Coach for evening hours. This is a part-time role designed for coaches who want to gain experience, develop their skills, and grow into leading classes and personal training.
- 3–4 days per week
- Approximately 4 hours per shift
- Evening classes (after school / work hours)
- Optional Saturday hours available
- $15/hour (base coaching shift)
- $20/session (class assist)
- $25/session (lead group classes)
- $35/session (personal training)
- + Sales Commissions
- Assist and lead group training sessions (youth + adult)
- Coach proper movement, strength, and conditioning
- Support team training and facility operations
- Build relationships with members and athletes
- Progress into leading classes and personal training
- CPR/AED certification
- Background in fitness, athletics, or coaching preferred
- Strong energy and communication skills
- Coachable and willing to learn
