D1 is an athletic-based group training facility for adults and youth athletes ages seven and up. Its mission is to provide the best fitness philosophy and facility to its athletes, empowering them to improve themselves efficiently and consistently reach their fitness goals.

D1 Coaches implement and instill the D1 training philosophy into every workout. They exhibit the ability to adapt and customize workout programs to tailor them to each athlete. They take a personal stake in the lives of our athletes, maintaining regular contact and monitoring their individual progress toward their goals. D1 Coaches are a part of the best training environment in the industry and are integral to the success of D1 as it continues its rapid growth.
As a Coach at D1 Training, you will be pivotal in delivering high-quality athletic training programs while focusing on client satisfaction and retention. This position involves hands-on coaching, client engagement, and implementing strategies to ensure long-term commitment and satisfaction.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following:
Training Delivery:
· Design and lead dynamic and practical athletic training sessions for clients.
· Provide personalized coaching and instruction based on individual client needs.
· Monitor and adjust training programs to ensure client progress.
Client Engagement:
· Build strong relationships with clients by understanding their fitness goals and aspirations.
· Conduct regular check-ins and assessments to track client progress.
· Address client questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
Retention Strategies:
· Implement retention strategies to enhance client satisfaction and commitment.
· Collaborate with the coaching team to create a positive and supportive training environment.
· Proactively identify and address factors that may impact client retention.
Customer Service:
· Deliver exceptional customer service to create a positive and welcoming atmosphere.
· Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and provide timely and accurate information.
Team Collaboration:
· Work collaboratively with other coaches to ensure a unified approach to training.
· Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance coaching skills.
Facility Maintenance:
· Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the training facility.
· Ensure equipment is properly maintained and report any issues to management.
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or related field (preferred).
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CSCS, ACE, NASM).
- Previous experience in coaching and delivering training and performance programs.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Compensation
· Hourly; $20.00-26.00
· Commission: based on selling training packages, repurchases, and retention.
