- Building and maintaining relationships with each D1 member
- Coaching group workouts, personal training, and team classes (minimum 25-30 hours per week)
- Teach proper form, modify and adapt movements that are best suited for the individual at hand.
- Completing client assessments to align each member with the appropriate program.
- Supervision of Assistant Coaches - scheduling, coaching assessments and feedback, oversight of client assessments.
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification
- At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA.
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning-related experience in group, team, or personal training setting.
- Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
