JOB PURPOSE AND GOALS 
The purpose of the Sales Associate is two-fold: 1) confirm appointments for existing clients and appointments for existing visitors and 2) nurture leads and set free workout appointments and/or consultations when not in a sales appointment. The goals of the Sales Associate role are to: 1) be able to multi-task & manage your schedule to accomplish daily objectives, and 2) be selfless and willing to set appointments for the General Manager (GM) for the greater good of D1 Malvern.

JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1.      Sales Associate role, being very important as it is the first employee to engage with our prospects,  supports the GM in creating a D1 environment which motivates and inspires all to be their best and achieve their goals (https://youtu.be/faCERZHW8iE).  2.      Sales Associate: Known as the “Quarterback of the facility,” sets up the GM to close the deals/sales. The main key performance indicators (KPI’s) we determine how successful a Sales Associate are: 1) Call volume, 2) Schedule %, 2) and Show %.  3.      Call Volume: 100 “Double Dials a Day.”  4.      Speed to Lead: Get to every new lead in less than 5 min. 5.      Schedule Rate: 60% of leads are turned into scheduled appointments for a free trial assessment (FTAs).  6.      Show rate: 60% of scheduled appointments on first time visits which show ($200 monthly bonus) – required metric. If a lead does not show up, the Sales Associate must attempt to reschedule. If a lead shows up and does not purchase, then the Sales Associate will attempt to get the lead back in to purchase in the future.  7.      Close Rate: Assist the GM close on 60% of the leads who show.  8.      Collect accurate contact information when communicating with any prospect.  9.      Never give out pricing over the phone.  10.  Non-organic Leads: Utilizes our lead gen vendor named Gym Profit Solutions (GPS) via the web and app on a daily basis to maximize non-organic leads/opportunities which will turn leads into deals/sales.  11.  Organic Leads: Utilizes our social media to send messages, collect information, and set appointments. Works with our social media intern/employee to verify we are maximizing our marketing calendar for the month to create leads.  12.  Manage general maintenance of information in Mindbody (updating payment methods, ensuring member information is accurate & up to date, etc.).  13.  Must have and perform all four (4) core values.  14.  Enjoys fitness, understands the Mission and Philosophy of D1.

Compensation: $11.00 - $16.00 per hour
