- Manage phone calls and inquiries, providing excellent customer service.
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for trainers and clients.
- Process membership sign-ups and payments accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk and waiting area.
- Assist in promoting programs and services to prospective clients.
- Handle client feedback and resolve issues in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance the overall client experience.
- Previous experience in a customer service or front desk role is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for fitness and a positive attitude.
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
- CPR/First Aid certification is a plus.
