Inside Sales Fitness– D1 Training Bryant
- Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new leads (Facebook, web, referrals)
- Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and DMs until they schedule
- Confirm all appointments to maximize show rates
- Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (Schedule %, Show %)
- Collaborate with the GM to hand off scheduled appointments for closing
- Track results daily on the recruiter scoreboard

- Base: $30,000
- Weekly Bonuses: up to $7,200/year
