Inside Sales Fitness– D1 Training Bryant

D1 Training Bryant is looking for a Recruiter (Inside Sales) to drive our growth by turning leads into scheduled and confirmed appointments. This is a sales role — if you can’t handle rejection, this isn’t for you. If you’re competitive, relentless, and want to be rewarded for performance, keep reading.

What You’ll Do

  • Make 100+ outbound calls daily to new leads (Facebook, web, referrals)

  • Follow up with leads via calls, texts, and DMs until they schedule

  • Confirm all appointments to maximize show rates

  • Hit weekly and monthly KPI targets (Schedule %, Show %)

  • Collaborate with the GM to hand off scheduled appointments for closing

  • Track results daily on the recruiter scoreboard

  • Organized and relentless with follow-up

  • Sales experience preferred, but grit and drive matter most

Compensation

On-Target Earnings (OTE)

  • Base: $30,000

  • Weekly Bonuses: up to $7,200/year

  • Team Bonus: $2,400/year

  • Total Potential = ~$39,600/year
