D1 Training Bux-Mont is a premier sports performance and adult training facility serving athletes, active adults, and youths. We're seeking an independent Pilates or Yoga instructor to rent space inside our facility and bring their practice to our community.
With our facility sitting largely unused during weekday mornings and early afternoons (7AM-3PM; weekends are open as well), this is an ideal setup for an instructor looking to expand their private or small-group offerings.

Compensation & Structure
- Independent rental/sublease agreement (monthly flat rate or percentage split, to be discussed)
- Instructor keeps full control of their business, pricing, and clientele
