Responsibilities
- Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
- Nurturing leads through the sales process.
- Making sure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
- Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals.
- Creates engaging social media content that showcases our athletes, coaches, and community while growing brand awareness across platforms
- Manages day-to-day social media engagement by responding to messages, interacting with followers, and helping turn online interest into scheduled visits and memberships
- Must be a high-energy individual. **
- Must have 1+ years in sales
- Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
