Position: Sales Specialist & Facility Support
Location: D1 Training Alliance – Alliance Town Center, Fort Worth, TX
Reports To: Sales Manager

Role Summary
The Sales Specialist & Facility Support is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and energetic first impression for every guest and member. You will manage daily operations at the front desk, provide outstanding customer service, assist with sales inquiries, and ensure the facility is clean, stocked, and ready for every workout. This is an ideal role for a reliable, upbeat, and organized individual who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

What You’ll Do

Customer Experience
  • Greet every member and guest by name with enthusiasm and professionalism
  • Answer in-person and phone inquiries with clarity and positivity
  • Maintain a consistent, high-energy presence regardless of external distractions
  • Build authentic connections while keeping conversations professional and concise
Daily Front Desk Operations
  • Complete opening and/or closing checklists
  • Manage check-ins via iPad kiosk before every workout
  • Keep the front desk and lobby clean and organized
  • Monitor and respond to voicemails, emails, and social media messages
  • Process transactions in MindBody for gear, snacks, and drinks
Facility Support
  • Ensure bathrooms are stocked and cleaned throughout the day
  • Keep cleaning stations and workout areas prepped and ready
  • Restock shelves, gear displays, and the fridge with snacks and drinks
  • Walk through the facility to ensure it's tidy and safe for members
Sales & Communication
  • Greet VIP guests / members
  • Ensure member/client waivers and profiles are complete
  • Use call scripts to call prospects who have inquired about our servuces
  • Respond to social media and text messages support membership inquiries
  • Accompany new prospects to the appropriate team member upon arrival
  • Assist with social media content collection (as directed)

Compensation
This is an hourly, non-exempt role. You’ll also have the opportunity to earn commissions for completed appointments and closed sales, offering strong income potential for sales support specialists who consistently drive results and add value.
