Safety First: Prioritize proper form and technique to ensure our athletes stay on the field and off the sidelines.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of Strength & Conditioning experience (Collegiate athletic experience is highly valued and can satisfy this requirement).
- Credentials: Valid Personal Training Certification + AED/CPR/First Aid.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or a related field (preferred).
