- Guide prospective members through tours, assessments, and membership options.
- Respond to leads by phone, text, email, and CRM, and consistently follow up.
- Help achieve monthly membership and revenue goals.
- Support daily operations, including scheduling, billing, member accounts, and front desk responsibilities.
- Create marketing materials and assist with social media content.
- Build relationships with local schools, sports organizations, businesses, and community partners.
- Assist with camps, combines, clinics, competitions, and special events.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, high-energy training environment.
- Positive, energetic, and professional personality.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable asking for the sale and following up with prospects.
- Organized, dependable, and able to multitask.
- Passion for fitness, sports, and helping others succeed.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, Canva, CRM systems, and social media is a plus.
- Willing to work evenings and every other Saturday.

- 1+ years of customer service, sales, hospitality, or fitness industry experience.
- Experience with membership sales or consultative selling.
- Marketing or event planning experience is a plus.
- Experience working with youth athletes or sports organizations is preferred
- Former athletes, kinesiology/exercise science students, sports management majors, coaches, teachers, and fitness professionals are encouraged to apply.
