Role Summary

As our Marketing Intern, you’ll get hands-on experience creating and managing content across digital platforms. You’ll support our marketing efforts by filming workouts, capturing behind-the-scenes footage, editing reels, managing social media, and contributing fresh ideas to grow our brand. This is a creative role — but with structure, deadlines, and real-world impact.

What You’ll Do

Film workouts, athlete sessions, and events (camera or phone)
Edit short-form content (Reels, TikToks, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
Take and edit high-quality photos for marketing use
Assist in managing and posting to our social media accounts
Create basic graphics for promotions or announcements
Help brainstorm and schedule content based on gym calendar
Track engagement and help us learn what’s working
Possibly assist with email marketing or basic ad support

What We’re Looking For

Student or recent grad in Marketing, Media, Communications, or related field
Proficient in video editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Final Cut, etc.)
Basic photo editing skills.
Strong social media awareness (especially Instagram & TikTok trends)
Comfortable filming in a live gym setting
Willing to take feedback and iterate on content
Reliable, consistent, and deadline-driven
Passion for fitness and athlete development is a plus
