This is a closer role for someone who can lead sales, run afternoon operations, and help build something big.

At D1 Training Cabot, we’re building a high-performance gym—and we need a Fitness Sales & Operations Lead to drive new member growth and own the sales funnel. We need a sales-obsessed leader to help take it to the next level. This role will primarily work afternoon hours 3-8 and some weekends.

What You’ll Do:

Call, text, and DM leads fast
Book and confirm free trial workouts
Close memberships and upsell D1on1 & Team Training
Track KPIs (schedule, show, close rates)
Help run gym operations during your shift
Represent D1 in the community

Pay & Performance:

Range $16-$18 bonus potential to double income
Commission on each sale AND bonus based on KPI performance.

Compensation: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
