About the Role:
Join D1 Training - Westchase as a Sales Representative, where you will play a crucial role in driving our mission to empower athletes of all levels. This is an exciting opportunity to connect with the community and promote our innovative training programs in Oldsmar, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with prospective clients to understand their fitness goals and introduce our training programs.
- Conduct follow-up calls and emails to nurture leads and convert them into members.
- Maintain a thorough knowledge of our services and pricing structures.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and community outreach initiatives.
- Track sales metrics and report on performance against targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with the training team to align sales strategies with program offerings.
- Utilize CRM software to manage leads and streamline communication.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred.
- Passion for health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
- Reliable, self-motivated, and results-oriented attitude.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Compensation: $15.00 - $20.00 per hour
