-Minimum Qualifications-

  • Required Certification: CSCS, SCCC, NASM, ISSA, or other nationally recognized CPT

  • Athletic background (collegiate, high-level high school, or competitive sport preferred)

  • 1+ year of coaching experience

  • Strong belief that you can become one of the top coaches on staff

  • Confident with program design for 1-on-1 and group clients

  • Positive, energetic personality with a coach-first attitude

-Preferred Qualifications-

  • Degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, Biomechanics, or a related field

  • Familiarity with Glenview/North Shore community and school sports

  • Experience in a variety of settings: small group, 1-on-1, team training, and classes

-Key Skills Required-

CHARACTER. You show up ready to lead, support, and grow. We bring the energy every day—if you don’t bring the juice, this isn’t for you.

COACHING. You should be able to coach anyone—ages 7 to 60+, personal training or classes. There’s no ego here—just high-level coaching across the board.

TEAMWORK. D1 coaches don’t “pick” who they coach. We are a team-first facility. Every coach should be ready to lead youth sessions, adult classes, and private training.

-A Day in the Life of a D1 Coach-

You wake up excited to change lives. You arrive at a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with turf, racks, and energy. Your teammates—8+ high-performance coaches—greet you like family. You’re fired up to lead a 6 AM adult class of 20 people, then coach an 8-year-old soccer player in a 1-on-1 session, followed by a 17-year-old prepping for college football.

You run classes, guide personal sessions, write programs, organize the weight room, and blast music on turf while coaching with precision. You bring energy and professionalism—and it shows. At the end of the day, your client messages you: “Coach, I hit my goal.” That’s what it’s all about.
