As a Head Coach, you will lead a team of world-class coaches, deliver the best workout experience in the industry, and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our members.
As the Head Coach, you will:
- Serve as the main coach for all classes, overseeing the coaching schedule and ensuring classes are led the D1 Way with energy, motivation, and precision.
- Conduct and lead workouts for Scholastic (ages 7-18), Adults, and Teams.
- Train and develop local coaches through meetings, continuing education, and program reviews.
- Ensure all coaches are certified the D1 Way and adhere to quality control standards via consistent auditing and feedback.
- Assist in conducting assessments and goal setting during the FTA process, guiding athletes toward appropriate programs to achieve their goals.
- Maintain and organize training spaces, including equipment maintenance and cleaning.
- Participate in marketing events such as competitions, combines, and community activities to represent D1 Training.
- Continuing Education: Participate in company-sponsored training events.

- Starting Salary: $45,000 annually, with opportunities for commissions and incentive bonuses.
- PTO: Earn a minimum of 15 days of paid time off, with additional days available with owner approval.
- Employment Type: Full-time, at-will employment.
- A valid AED/CPR/First Aid certification.
- At least one certification accredited by the NCCA.
- Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 1 year of strength & conditioning experience in group, team, or personal training settings.
