D1 Training is an athletic-based training fitness franchise that is quickly gaining nationwide attention. We help people of all ages accomplish their personal goals on & off the field. Due to our recent growth we are looking to add more “A-Players” to our team and have an opening in our D1 Greenwood Facility.

This position involves prospecting/list-building, making a large volume of outgoing calls, constantly and relentlessly following up on leads, setting and closing in-person sales meetings, and selling all of our D1 Training services.

About the Company
D1 Training is an athletic-based training facility for adults and youth athletes ages 7 and up with a mission of inspiring and motivating every athlete to meet their goal. Our promise to our athletes is: “you pick the goal, we help you get there” and our certified D1 Coaches deliver on this commitment via our science-based 5-Star Training Program in every workout. We offer group workouts, personal training, small group training, and team training.

Responsibilities

Making outbound calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact
Nurturing leads through the sales process
Ensure all client notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly
Able to prescribe and sell the correct service based on the client's needs/goals

Qualifications

Must be a high-energy individual.
Must have 1+ years in sales
Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.

Compensation: $16.00 - $30.00 per hour
