Responsibilities of our Assistant General Manager includes the following:

Provide stellar customer service to our valued members and visitors
Manage our sales lead pipeline by utilizing systems, making phone and zoom calls, answering emails, text and direct messages.
Educates prospective clients while seeking to close sales.
Assure office is kept “tour ready” at all times
Working efficiently and effectively with the Owner, General Manager and fellow staff members, with timely execution of deliverables

Qualifications

Associate’s or bachelor’s in communications, marketing, business management or related degree
Has a demonstrated passion for health, fitness and sport
Dependable, adaptable and a team player that enjoys working toward a common goal
Able to attend grass root marketing events within the communities we serve
Detailed oriented and a strong communicator

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
