Our Coaches are Key: D1 Coaches embody our promise. As a Strength and Conditioning Coach, you’ll:
- Implement and represent the D1 training philosophy in every workout.
- Customize and adapt training programs to individual athlete needs.
- Build relationships with athletes, tracking their progress to achieve goals.
- Inspire athletes with passion, expertise, and outstanding service. Job Summary: As a D1 Strength and Conditioning Coach, your role is to:
- Foster a motivating environment for athletes of all ages.
- Deliver exceptional coaching, training, nutrition guidance, and accountability.
- Adapt training programs to each athlete’s unique needs.
- Teach proper techniques to maximize results and minimize injury. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead engaging group workouts, personalized training, and team coaching.
- Ensure sessions start and finish on time for a consistent athlete experience.
- Continuously assess and align athletes with suitable programs.
- Maintain strong, supportive athlete relationships.
- Provide industry-leading advice on strength, speed, agility, and nutrition. Qualifications:
- Valid AED/CPR/First Aid Certification
- At least one valid certification accredited by the NCCA
- Minimum 1 year of experience in strength & conditioning (group, team, or personal training)
