 Job Summary
At D1 Arlington Heights, we’re looking for an energetic individual to join the team as a front desk attendant. This is no ordinary front desk… This front desk will be seeing local athletes of all ages and levels, looking to take themselves to the next level! And you’ll be the first person they see, bringing them the energy they need to MAKE IT HAPPEN! A little more about what we need you to help us with:
 
 Responsibilities
  • Complete Opening/Closing Checklists
  • Ensure lobby area and bathroom is clean and stocked
  • Learn the D1 brand and be able to answer all customer support questions for current and potential athletes
  • Answer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and Management
  • Check athletes into workouts and ensure accurate attendance tracking
  • Keep retail areas fully stocked with food, drink, clothing
  • Maintain inventory for cleaning supplies, D1 gear, and products
  • Process all ancillary purchases in MBO
  • Complete daily social media tasks
  • Make sure all accounts are properly noted

 Qualifications
  • Dependable, organized, and responsible
  • Must be a high-energy & positive individual
  • Must have 1+ years in a customer service setting ideally in the fitness industry.
  • Experience working with children is a plus
  • CPR/AED certification is beneficial
  • Ability to handle transactions with accuracy
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Schedule:
  • 5 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Evening shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed
 
 
Compensation: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
