D1 Training is in need of a high energy, responsible person to join our team.

The front desk position is very important as it is the first and last employee to engage with our customers & members every time they visit. This role is designed to provide a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the D1 facility. As a front-desk associate, you will answer customer service-related questions, keep track of who is coming in and out of the facility, and assist with the operations of the business.

We want each person who walks into the D1 facility to not see us as a “gym” but instead as a fun family full of people who are excited to be there. You will interact with a high volume of people each day and each of them needs to receive the same level of service. This role is vital to the success of our company and is a stepping stone into other positions within our organization.

Members should walk into the facility excited to see you and have you greet them by name. Bathrooms should always be ready for use, ancillary items should be ready to be sold, and cleaning supplies should be ready for use. As a front-desk associate you should be willing to support other members of the team on miscellaneous tasks but 85%+ of your time should be spent at or near the front-desk.

This opening is part-time, approx. 15-25 hours per week. Must be able to work mornings and evenings, as well as weekends
