SALES & CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST

D1 Training Mansfield is seeking a part-time employee to join our dynamic team. Qualified candidates must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and high energy individuals capable of multi-tasking. The position reports directly to the General Manager and involves taking incoming calls, making outgoing calls, engaging prospects to schedule workouts and consultations, selling all D1 products and services, and interacting with members on a daily basis.

Summary of Expectations
Must be a high-energy individual who shows up consistently every single day and has a passion for fitness. Must be a self-starter who is willing to outwork other SALES and CUSTOMER SERVICE people in the market. Must be curious and ask questions. Must genuinely care about prospects and feel comfortable leading them to make the right decision about their health and wellness. Must not be afraid to pick up the phone and make phone calls all day to fresh leads who have not yet been to the D1 facility. Must be comfortable closing deals and collecting payment information. Must have conviction and belief in the services he/she is selling to the prospect. Must be a coachable person who is ready to show up at their best week in and week out. Must be a closer. Must be relentless. 

Responsibilities include:
  • Making/taking phone calls daily to leads with an emphasis on speed to contact.
  • Nurturing and managing leads through the sales process.
  • Prescribing and selling the right member service(s) based on the prospect's/member's needs/goals.
  • Making sure all prospect/member notes and contacts are logged and managed correctly.
  • Setting appointments and managing calendars.

Compensation: $15.00 per hour
