D1 Training Holly Springs is looking for an enthusiastic person to add to our growing team. We are looking for a Front Desk Associate.

This job is part-time and approximately 20-24 hours per week. Job functions include:

--Assisting with member progress check-ins

--setting up new memberships in POS System

--Collecting and processing payments

--Assisting with Special Events

--Helping coordinate social media content and activities

Roles and Responsibilities

*Answer all customer support questions for current and new members.

*Answer phone calls and take messages for Recruiters and Management

*Check Clients into workouts and ensure attendance is 100% correct.

*Ensure bathrooms are stocked with all necessary supplies.

*Ensure facility cleaning supplies are stocked and ready for use.

*Keep the fridge and shelves fully stocked of food and drink.

*Keep gear displays stocked and neat.

*Process all ancillary purchases in Mindbody.

*Complete daily social media tasks.

*Complete Opening Checklist when opening the facility.

*Complete Closing Checklist when closing the facility.

The front desk position is very important as it is the first and last employee to engage with our customers and members every time they visit. This role is designed to provide a welcoming introduction to each person who walks into the D1 Facility. As a front desk associate you will answer customer service related to questions, keep track of who is coming in and out of the facility, and assist with the operations of the business.

For this role you must be a reliable individual who shows up on time every day you are expected to be at work. You must be willing to support other members of the team and must have a great work ethic. You

must be a high energy individual who does not have emotional ups and downs. You must be able to tune out whatever is happening outside of work so that your energy at work remains consistent. You must be willing to greet people by name every day and must show your excitement at seeing our members.

Candidates Requirements

*2-3 years experience with computers and POS software

*1-2 years customer service experience in retail setting or call center

*High School diploma or GED equivalent

*Demonstrated willingness to help make sales and complete sales transactions

*Knowledge and ability to create and/or post content on social media platforms

*Willingness to support the brand and promote D1 Training Holly Springs
Compensation: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
